For SMU Fencing Team!

Once again, good job SMU fencers! And special thanks to all who have given support of any form to the team. Our team would not have gone so far without your support! Thank you very much!

Our fencers did it again!

Once again, SMU fencers come sweeping medals home!

A total of 22 male and female fencers took part in RJC Invite which took place over the past 4 days. Below are the brilliant results:

Men's Epee Individual
Gold: Zheng Rong
Silver: Jonah

Women's Epee Individual
Silver: Elaine
Bronze: Xue Hui

Men's Epee Team
Gold: SMU A
Zheng Rong, Jonah, Young, Jianwei
Bronze: SMU B
Shawn, Chia Peng, Hong Jiun, Lester

Women's Epee Team
Gold: SMU A
Xue Hui, Elaine, Venessa, Bali

Every point was a tough fight, nothing comes easy, so, good job fencers! Novices here we come! In the meantime, train hard!

Training Camp 2007!

Our annual training camp has ended successfully, hopefully with everyone bringing smiles, great experiences, sour and bruised legs and arms, great friendships, more motivation and a greater passion for fencing home..
